Instruction for Today:

For 15 minutes every one hour and for 7 hours,

Say this aloud repeatedly:

THE GLORY OF THE LORD IS UPON ME AND THE GLORY OF THE LORD IS SEEN UPON ME

Note this:

As you are saying it, also be thinking it.

Meaning, put your whole mind, focus and emotions into what you are saying.

Before you begin:

Write down the aspects of your life that you would like THE GLORY OF THE LORD to be seen upon

Very important:

Take communion at the end of this.

Read 1Corinthians 11:23-24 and take the bread.

Read 1Corinthians 11:25  and take the cup
